3rd Annual Cleat Exchange Event: FREE CLEATS!
WHEN: July 31st & August TBD
For the third year Everett Youth Soccer is having it's annual cleat exchanges. Sunday July 31st 3:30-5:00pm at the Everett Soccer Arena will be our first event. The second will be early-mid August, location TBD.

We have tons of soccer cleats with lots of life left in them. You do not need to have old cleats to come get some nice free cleats from us, just come see what we have. We also have odds-n-ends in soccer clothing: shorts, shirts, shinguards, etc.

Soon, hundreds of players (your player, quite possibly) will need new cleats, either because the cleats they already own are too small, or they are new to soccer and have never had cleats.

We have a plan.

Get those cleats out of the closets, get them to players who can wear them, and get free cleats for ourselves.

Who: Anyone who wants good free cleats -or- has old cleats to give.
What: Annual Cleat Exchange
Where: Everett Soccer Arena (2201 California St, Everett 98201, North Everett, one block off Broadway)
When: Sunday July 31st 3:30-5:00pm & August TBD
Why:
Save some money, save some cleats. It is just good.

Wishing your kid's soccer cleats grew along with their feet? We just may have exactly what you need. Don't really want to spend the money for new cleats to be worn for only 3 months? Come on down. We have many, many pairs of soccer cleats, in excellent condition. Have old, too-small, cleats sitting in the closet from last fall? Bring them down. We have some soccer gear other than cleats as well. We will gladly take any soccer gear that your kids have outgrown and get it to smaller players.

Frequently Asked Questions (as imagined by us)

Q: Aren’t new cleats better?
A: Only if you like blisters. Seriously though, most cleats get used for one season, on grass, and then set aside because they’ve become too small for next year. One season of practice and games: 1 hour, 2 times a week for 16 weeks plus 10 games = 42 hours.

Q: Aren’t old cleats worn out?
A: Some are, and those get thrown away, but most look like they have barely been worn.

Q: Aren’t old cleats yucky?
A: No yuckier than new cleats will be in 3 weeks.

Q: What if I just want cleats and don’t have cleats to give?
A: Great, free cleats for you.

Q: What if I just have cleats to give and don’t need cleats?
A: Great, free cleats for us.

Q: What about shorts, socks, shin-guards, balls, goalkeeper gear, etc?
A: Bring any soccer gear you have to give. We also have some to give.
