players, regardless of skill level. It is encouraged that all coaches strive to
learn more about the important role they play in a child's development in soccer.

EYSC COACHING TRAINING
EYSC is committed to your
continued coaching development and we ask that you take the time to attend coaching
clinics in order to further strengthen and benefit the training of EYSC
players, as well as make your time coaching more worthwhile and beneficial. EYSC
will cover the costs of the successful completion of coaching clinics sponsored
by Washington State Youth Soccer Association (up to D level license).
Depending on your teams and age groups, we ask that all coaches work to obtain WSYSA coaching certification appropriate to the age level that you will be coaching. and 11-a-side players focusing on tactical, technical or a combination of
